Why $50?

Well, because the book is through a print-on-demand company, I don’t have any author copies. So, in order to get you a signed copy, I need to buy a copy ($30 for me, including shipping), sign it, and then ship it to you (another $10 or so). In the end, you’re giving me a $10 donation for the signed version!

If you’re outside the US, please let me know. We’ll look into how much more shipping will be, and the cost will only increase based on that.
